Donation Terms & Refund Policy

Purpose of DonationDonations collected by Sardar Patel Shikshan Sansthan – RuralGro are used strictly for our NGO’s charitable and social welfare activities, including:Education support for rural and underprivileged studentsSkill development programs and vocational trainingWomen empowerment initiativesCommunity development and rural upliftment projectsHealth awareness and support programsOperational expenses required for implementing the above projectsEmergency support or relief activities when requiredYour contribution directly helps us continue our mission of improving lives in rural communities.2. General TermsAll donations made to Sardar Patel Shikshan Sansthan – RuralGro are voluntary.Donors must provide correct personal information (name, email, mobile number, donation amount).The NGO provides donation receipts through email or WhatsApp after a successful transaction.Donations are non-transferable and will be used for charitable purposes only.
3. Refund Policy ; As donations are voluntary and immediately allocated for charitable work, refunds are generally not allowed.However, a refund request may be considered under specific situations:Donation made twice by mistakeWrong amount enteredTechnical/payment gateway failure causing incorrect transactionTo request a refund, the donor must contact us within 48 hours of the donation and share:Donor NameDonation Date & TimeTransaction ID / Payment ReferenceMode of PaymentReason for refund requestIf approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 working days.
