With a strong belief that "education is empowerment and skills transform lives," Mr. R.D. Singh brings his knowledge, compassion, and perseverance to all aspect of SPSS's work. With his hands-on leadership approach and grassroots expertise, he laid the groundwork for the organization's expanding reach and lasting effect.
Mr. Ripudaman Singh is the energetic leader in charge of SPSS's daily operations and strategic direction. He has served as the society's Secretary and Chief Functionary from its formal registration, where he has been tasked with implementing plans and ensuring noteworthy outcomes. By overseeing administration, compliance, and stakeholder management, Governance and Leadership makes sure that all efforts adhere to the Societies Registration Act 1860 and certifications like 12A, 80G, and CSR-1. works closely with the Board and Chairman to create organisational strategy and expand SPSS's reach into over 35 districts in Uttar Pradesh.
📌 Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Leads implementation of skill-training, agriculture, health, education, and cultural heritage initiatives.Partnerships & Networking: Cultivates collaborations with government bodies (state & central) and development schemes like ODOP, VSSY, and Magh Mela.Financial Stewardship: Manages funding, grants, and resource allocation to ensure transparency and effectiveness.Community Engagement: Builds connections with farmers, women's self-help groups, artisans, and youth to foster participation and ownership.
🎯 Impact and Vision Mr. Singh is very interested in rural development and is in favour of: empowerment of underprivileged women, youth, and farmers via programs for education and livelihood. Traditional crafts including woodwork, needlework, bamboo work, and herbal food crafts are being revived via innovation in tradition. sustainability, promoting organic farming, increasing environmental consciousness, and enhancing catastrophe resilience. With his guidance, SPSS has: taught over 20,000 women how to launch microbusinesses. supplied over 1,200 farmers with seed and sustainable agricultural practices. More than 150 rural startups were established. developed over 35 district-level community programs.
